The Brief…

E Lee Lawyers approached Advance Printing and Signs to print new business cards, client brochures, flyers and office signage that not only represented the brand but would generate enquiries.

Business cards

The Solution…

As our client is quite artistic and wanted to design her own printing pieces, we carried forward with her plan to fulfil her wishes. After receiving her design, we offered free advice by suggesting the addition of a colour strip on the bottom of her business card to make the overall design look more corporate. This allowed the design of the business card to align with her business image.

We recommended printing 2 different brochures for different clientele. This arrangement also enabled our client to compare the response rate between them:

a) DL size bi-fold style brochure: to create 4 pages containing detailed information about our client’s services.
b) DL size flyers: to be used for letterbox drops with shorter marketing messages. Using a thicker, cost-effective cardboard rather than a standard gloss paper allows the flyer stand out, thus increasing the response rate.

Furthermore, we suggested our client to come up with a strong offer when designing the flyer, so this irresistible offer would “persuade” prospects to seek her service. We also sent her our articles: “70 bright ideas to put on the back of your business card” to allow our client to adapt the same principles when designing the back of the DL flyer. These actions stem from our company value to assist clients with business growth like a business partner, rather than just being an order-taker.

With the office sign, initially our client wanted to have a big sign covering all three glass panels. When we visited the site, the glass panels were just 3m away when walking out from the lift. Accordingly, we recommended the use of two glass panels only for signage to avoid an overpowering result. This would also save our client money by not going for the planned bigger sign, which would not unbalanced in comparison to the surroundings.

Our client’s street signs were installed on the second floor, making it difficult for pedestrians to locate. Appropriately, we recommended the inclusion of a yellow border to highlight the signs, allowing them to stand out. The outcome? Very happy with the eye-catching result!

Happy client!

Here is the Google Review we received from our happy client, plus a beautiful bottle of wine from her to say THANK YOU for all our help!
